1. Where is your factory located?
Our factory is in Luqiao district, Taizhou city, Zhejiang province,ten kilometers from Luqiao Highway Entrance, ten kilometers from Luqiao airport.
2 : How can I get your catalog?
A: Send an inquiry to us and tell us u need our catalog, our sales will reply to u within 6 hours with the catalog.
3. How do you confirm your quality?
A. Experienced production line administration & Focused R&D on high pressure cleaners for over 15 years.
B. Sample checking before order and bulk sample reserved in warehouse for after-sale service.
4. Is it acceptable to use self-label brand?
Yes, we provide OEM products and one stop solutions , also welcome ODM orders.
5. Is sample available for my reference before final order?

6. What is your payment terms?
T/T and L/C. Normally T/T 30% deposit, 70% balance should be paid against the B/L copy. Better payment terms for regular esteemed customers.
7. What is your delivery terms?
A: Generally, it will take 15 to 20 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
